Why do you like running away from Whitegates?
I like running away because of the adrenaline rush, because of the challenge and because Whitegates is boring!
How did you and Erin become best friends?
Erin and I became best friends because she looked out for me when I first came to Whitegates.
How did you feel when you first saw your mother?
I felt a huge amount of completion in my life and now were seldom seen apart from each other.
Apart from Erin who were your friends at Whitegates?
My other friends at Whitegates were Mouse, Fingers, Wilson, for a bit Anna May and Maxie.
How did you know it was your mother?
I knew it was my mother because we looked alike and she had by certificate of birth. It all fitted.
Were you afraid of Grandpa when you first met him?
Yes, because he looked strong and he had a huge spade which he could do some damage with.
What is your favourite method of running away and why?
Probably the raft I reckon, because it was fast, fun and you had no idea of where you were going.
Did you like the chocolates that Heaven Eyes gave you?
Yes, the caramels but not the orange creams.
Did you cry in the Black Middens and why?
Yes, because I didn’t feel safe with Grandpa around.
What was the first thing you and your mum did together?
We had dinner together and discussed our lives and we had happened to us.
